This May we get to know Tanya Cadieux and Froggy Style!
I was very enthusiastic when I received Tanya’s application for Our Crochet Universe!
Indeed, I was hoping that with a name like « Froggy Style » she would be yet another mini doll with lots of personnality…
She did not disappoint!
Froggy Style is a very different from the other creative companies we’ve explored yet and I had a lot of fun exploring her social media when I was putting together this project!
It’s a highly creative universe, very warm and kind not only because of all the yarn goodies, but also because Tanya works with the little ones and she’s a complete pro at handling all these little creative brains in training!
If you explore her social media, you’ll see her nice knits and crochet work, but also tons of tips and tricks for wrangling the little ones!
I’m still not where I’d like to be when it comes to my wire work for glasses, but everytime I get a little better at it!
One thing is for certain; I much prefer my tiny wired glasses than having to embroider them!
But the highlight of this project for me was recreating Tanya’s favorite sweater! Oh and giving her a tiny frog hat was great too… literally the cherry on top!
All the precious people we’ve discovered so far with Our Crochet Universe were awesome creative souls and I feel like Tanya fits right in!
