I know you are all impatiently awaiting the next pattern in the « Fantasy Cosplay Crochet Adventures! » collection, but when this pocket bird idea fell on my lap, I had no choice but to give it my full creative attention!
What is it?
Over 30 pages of instructions, setup to be printed as a booklet, that will help you crochet twelve (12!!!!) different kinds of North-American birds!
Where did the inspiration come from?
Most of you have probably guessed already… my daughter asked me for a crochet bird.
For a few months now she has been obsessed with… geeses! So when she asked me to crochet a tiny goose that she could keep in her pocket, I didn’t hesitate. Of course, I actually love birds so it was easy to find some motivation.
To make my little silly goose, I decided to work from one of my older patterns; the little seagull included in my playset patterns.

I’ve always liked the simple construction of that little bird and I figured quick and easy was always fun. It would be perfect for our pocket goose.
Then my daugther asked if maybe I could make her a chicken… she’s been obsessed with Stardew Valley lately.
That made me want to crochet more birds… ALL of the birds.

In the end I decided to stop, for now, at twelve (12!!!!) different bird species… but I already have a list of the next birds I should make for a next edition!
Let me know which bird(s) you’ll be making first… and which ones you would like to see in the next ebook collection!
