Gauge & instructions
Gauge isn’t important as long as you make sure to use the appropriate hook for your yarn so that the stuffing doesn’t show through the stitches. All parts are worked continuously so that you don’t have to join at the beginning of each round. Be careful to count the stitches as you go or use a marker.

Head and body
Round 1) With CC, work 6 sc in a magic ring (6)
Round 2) 2sc around (12)
Round 3) *2sc, sc* around (18)
Round 4) *2sc, sc in next 2* around (24)
Rounds 5-9) sc around (24 sts – 5 rounds)
Round 10) *2sc-tog, sc* around (16) Insert safety eyes between rounds 5 and 6 with a 4-5 sts gap in between.
Round 11) 2sc-tog around (8) Stuff head firmly.
Round 12) sc around (8) Change to shirt color.
Round 13) *2sc* around (16)
Rounds 14-19) sc around (16 sts – 6 rounds)
Round 20) 2sc-tog in the back loop only, around (8) Stuff firmly.
Round 21) 2sc-tog until opening is closed. Finish off, weave in ends.
Embroider face and the heart embellishment. You can add strands on yarn on each side for the arms and legs, secure in place and knot the ends to avoid fraying.
